Pastor Joe and Peggy have served Victory International since September of 2022. Pastor Joe completed his studies through Global/Berean University in 2010 and is currently in the process of completing his certificates for Ordination. Pastor Joe has been involved in ministry since 2007 and has been involved in roles as youth pastor and assistant pastor. They have two children-Angelo and Emily. They also have two beautiful grandchildren-Connor and Lilly. Joe and Peggy’s heart and desire is to reach, teach, and preach to as many people in order to share the love of God. They desire to demonstrate a selfless, sacrificial, and a servant type leadership and to pursue to continue to grow in the love and knowledge of Christ while helping others to do the same.
